Containerized accessory building, 7’-5”x 19’-2”. Structure is metal frame with a combination of metal, vinyl, and glass on the exterior siding. Structure has locking 32” entry door, large glass front, operable windows on short side. The interior includes a large living room area with a small kitchenette area with a sink, a non-code compliant full bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink installed.) The ceiling and flooring need repair. Structure does not meet current building code for use as accessory dwelling unit, so it is non-occupiable. Electrical and plumbing installed within structure is not certified. Be aware that this building is being stored directly on the ground and it could be difficult to load. The buyer is responsible for all of the logistics, labor, and transportation when receiving this purchase. Building is sold as-is, where is. Prior Inspection Is Encouraged.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.
