Condition of items: Used as backup generator at hospital that closed 4/15/25 so we believe it was taken out of service in working condition.. Reason for sale: this hospital closed 4/15/25. WE WILL UPDATE THIS AUCTION WITH HOUR METER READING SHORTLY. Photos on this auction are of the actual item you will receive.

Any other information on these items? Approximate dimensions: 20ft long x 9ft wide x 12ft tall This is connected to building infrastructure. This building has closed and infrastructure is gradually being taken out of service, disconnected, and sold. Removal date will depend on when the city's buildings department can disconnect the electrical lines. \ Buyer is responsible for all other aspects of de-installation, removal, and loading onto a trailer. There is plenty of room to pull a truck and trailer and crane up to the generator. If you need the fence around it taken down, you must do that yourself. See photos.

You are advertising this as a Katolight 1750 KW, but the Katolight tag says this is 1250 KW w/ Cat # CD1250RY6T2, But the Generator End -Magnamax says 1750 KW 04/09/2026 07:08:24 AM
Unsure why those tags would give different KW ratings. We will let the tags speak for themselves. Bidders interested in this sort of unit know more about generators than we do. 04/09/2026 10:20:03 AM

Buyer must de-install. You can pull a large truck/trailer and crane near the generator however there is a fence around it. If you need the fence taken down, you will have to do that yourself. Buyer must submit removal plan prior to seller confirming pickup appointment.

Seller will disconnect any hard-wired electrical lines but buyer is responsible for all other aspects of de-installation, removal, and loading onto a trailer.
The main gate to facility is locked. Buyers should enter the 13th street gate between the hospital and Arbor View apartments. Enter the gate on the Right and follow the OCP signs with Green arrow to the loading dock.
Please plan ahead and come fully prepared
IF YOU HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE PICK UP FOR YOU, THEY MUST BRING:
1: copy of buyer's photo ID
2: copy of buyer certificate (buyer receives this by email when they win the auction)
3: signed or emailed note from buyer giving representative permission to pick up.
