Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. **Property may be removed by appointment only between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:30p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. ALL ITEMS NOT REMOVED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE FORFEITED BACK TO THE JOHNSON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT. Vehicles must be towed from the storage location unless a temporary operation permit or a dealers license plate is applied to the vehicle.
