These meters come with drive by antenna – which plugs into a USB port on a laptop (laptop not provided).
ALL METERS WERE WORKING WHEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE. THE WATER SYSTEM WAS TAKEN OVER BY ANOTHER LARGER UTILITY COMPANY AND THE METERING SYSTEM WAS REPLACED. -- ** SOLD AS IS **
