There are twenty five (25) - X26 Taser handles and twenty two (22) - X26 batteries in this auction.
All tasers were spark tested on 7/28/2025.
22 tasers passed the test, 2 would not spark and 1 would not power on. (1 is the training model)
The units were not fired beyond a spark test.

Tasers are often regulated by state, county, and local laws, so the bidder/buyer is responsible for ensuring they are complying with these laws. The bidder/buyer also acknowledges they are at least 18 years of age. The City of Hyattsville assumes no liability or responsibility if you are not in compliance with your state, county, local laws and ordinances. By participating in this auction, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the City of Hyattsville, MD, and its agents.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
