Removal Scheduling

Items may be removed by appointment only. All items must be removed within the removal period stated on the Event Page unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer is responsible for all arrangements and work related to dismantling, loading, transport, and removal of assets unless otherwise stated.

Buyers must comply with all site-specific health and safety requirements.

A list of pre-approved dismantling, loading, and transport contractors is available for buyers to obtain quotes prior to bidding and purchase. Contact details for the Project Manager are listed on the Event Page.

Buyers may use their own contractors or perform dismantling and loading themselves, subject to prior agreement.

Export Compliance Notice

Neither Liquidity Services nor any of its affiliates acts as shipper or exporter of record without express written consent.

Buyers may be required to provide end-user certificates to the Seller’s satisfaction before sales are approved.

If exporting lots outside Israel, buyers must engage a customs broker or freight forwarder in addition to dismantling and transport contractors.

Buyers are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary export licenses and approvals under: Israeli export control regulations, Manufacturer-specific requirements, Applicable international trade sanctions and export control laws.

Machines manufactured by certain Japanese companies may require: End-user certificates, and approval by the Israeli agent of the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
