IT and Electronic Equipment and Ergonomic Equipment; including 25 + monitors, mostly HP models, Monitor Stands, 6 miscellaneous monitor arm pieces, 1 flat manual sit/stand riser, 4 Ergotron standing desk risers, 1 Microsoft ergonomic keyboard; 1 Gold touch semi-vertical wireless ergo mouse, 4 Aeron Herman Miller Office Chairs and more. Please see pictures and inventory list. All items must be removed by winning bidder, no exceptions.

Overall condition may vary due to out of service date and latent mechanical defects that were unknown at the
time of retirement. Guaranty Waiver. All property
is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind,
expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or
fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.

Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Failure to inspect property shall not constitute grounds for a claim (full or partial refund) or for the withdrawal of a
bid after closing of the auction.

eligible to bid on this auction or any other San Diego Housing Commission Government auction.

CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS 1. Designated
Certificate Holder- The “Certificate Holder” section of the ACORD Form (i.e. lower left hand corner of the form)
must read as follows: San Diego Housing
Commission, San Diego Housing Authority and the City of San Diego 1122 Broadway, Suite 300 San Diego, CA
02101 2. General Liability - $1,000,000 per
occurrence / $1,000,000 aggregate 3. Automobile Insurance $500, 000 - must be for either “Any Auto” OR “All
Owned Autos and Non-Owned Autos” 4.
Workers Compensation - $1,000,000. Workers' Compensation insurance may be waived for sole employee
status.

Inspección

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please see the contact above to schedule an inspection.

Pago

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Eliminación

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
