This was purchased by the County new in 2023. The item works.
This item is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no Warranty or Exchanges. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Most items offered for sale are Surplus Property, used by Christian County, Missouri offices, and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are invited, urged and cautioned to inspect any item you are interested in prior to bidding. Bidders may inspect property and must adhere to the days and times (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm CST) in Ozark, Missouri. Those are also the same days and times for the pickup of items when they are awarded. If you would like to view, please make an appointment by calling 417-582-4309.
The pickup area is at a locked-down facility. Arrangements will need to be made to pick up the item. The item is at a different location than the 100 W. Church Street, Ozark, MO., but it is within a mile of it.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
