Property may be removed by APPOINTMENT ONLY; appointments can be made for pickup Monday - Thursdays 8am to 3pm and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. An authorization of release forum will need to be filled out if the original buyer on the Certificate isn’t able to pick up the property. Items will not be released to anyone else unless this form is filled out.

All shipping documents must show the buyer as both Shipper and Consigner before the seller will release any items to the freight company at pickup.
