Nationalized Assets Implications:
This asset has been Mexican Nationalized for tax purposes. If being bought and imported to the US, it is subject to payment of customs duties and import VAT upon definitive importation, determined by the assets tariff classification. The commercial value must be declared on the proforma invoice attached to the import declaration, reflecting fair market value. The sale is subject to a 16% VAT payment. If the asset is later exported, it requires proper customs documentation (CFDI with Foreign Trade Annex) and is subject to 0% VAT. Additionally, for exports to the US or countries with Free Trade Agreements (FTA), origin certification is necessary to benefit from preferential tariff treatment; otherwise, standard import duties (such as 25% under USMCA) will apply.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature for all questions.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed by April 17th, no exceptions .
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the designated removal period allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

The Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
