If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

INSPECTION AND PICKUP ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Buyers must call ahead to schedule a time for inspection or pickup. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE ITEMS LEAVE THE SELLER'S LOCATION.
PICKUP DEADLINE
All items must be removed within (10) business days from the date payment is received unless otherwise stated in the auction listing. Items will only be released once payment has been received according to the Terms and Conditions.
If items are not removed within the (10) business day window, the buyer may be considered in default of the auction. Extension requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval. Requests can be sent to surplus@colostate.edu.
IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Buyers must provide proof of identification before property will be released. If a third party is picking up on behalf of the buyer, written authorization must be sent from the buyer's registered email address. The third party must also provide valid identification.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you require shipping, packing and shipping services will be handled by The UPS Store in Fort Collins. They pick up items weekly from CSU to help keep pickup costs lower.
Shipping and packaging costs are determined by size, weight, and destination zip code. The UPS Store cannot use third-party UPS accounts or prepaid labels. All items will be packaged according to UPS standards. In many cases, shipping and packaging costs may exceed the purchase price of the item.
