The city has acquired the property to build a new city facility. The house was continuously occupied up to the point of acquisition and is now vacant.

The reserve on the house is $25000, half of its appraised value on-site. The buyer is responsible for hiring a house mover to relocate the building at the buyer's expense and risk. Typical house relocation cost ranges from $12,000 to $15,000 (estimate only).
Please inspect and research relocation costs before placing an offer. All sales will be final upon payment of the purchase price.
The seller reserves the right to end this sale at any time it deems the fair market value has been reached. The city will waive all regular requirements for the removal of surplus property after purchase to accommodate the relocation of the house to the buyer's property.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided unless stated or arrangements have been made in writing. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Paid funds will not be returned due to the inability of a bidder to pick up a purchased item.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
