PPM Bucket elevator FDA-3B, plastic buckets size 6” x 18” wide, molded from Poilcarbonate with SS end plus. “S” shape open frame manufactured using Carbon Steel for non-product zone. All parts in contact product are SS316. Chain sped 38 feet per minute. 342 cubit feet per hoy @ 75% full load / PPM Bucket elevator FDA-3B, plastic buckets size 6” x 18” wide, molded from Poilcarbonate with SS end plus. “S” shape open frame manufactured using Carbon Steel for non-product zone. Includes plated roller chain 2062 with a 1.5” pitch with extended pins and Delrin rollers, SS sprockets, SS bearing, SS shafts, end discharge chute, safety guards, painted motor and painted Steel-it reducer, LH Side location, motor brake to prevent bucket rollback. Infeed height 20” high, lower horizontal length 42” long, upper horizontal length 48” long, discharge elevation 180” high, includes 13 tooth driver, chain drive with guards and torque limiter. 460V 60Hz 3 phase 5 Amp, Chain sped 38 feet per minute. All parts in contact product are SS316. Stitch welded. All weld discoloration, well spatter removed, all sharp corners ground to a minimum 1/32” radius, all surfaces blasted for coating preparation. All carbon steel components coated with primer and polyurethane or epoxy top coat. Condition: New
