Liebert-Emerson 20-Ton CRAC Cooling System with Liebert Roof Top Compressor. The system is capable of removing 20 tons of heat.
This is a split-system designed for precision cooling of data centers, utilizing a separate, external compressor unit. The indoor unit (CRAC) uses refrigeration to cool the air, and then the compressed air is moved into the space. The rooftop compressor is the outdoor portion of that system, designed to dissipate heat outside the building.
Current condition is used but it looks to be in good condition though we have never tried operating it. Unit is sold “As Is” (no warranty or guarantee).
Our HVAC contractor will be removing the Liebert Roof Top Compressor unit when we have a crane onsite to remove other demoed HVAC equipment and are installing new units.

Suppression
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
