professional prior to use. Assets may be picked up from 8 am until 3 pm on Tuesday through
Thursdays. AN

PICK UP. Individuals picking up assets MUST present the buyer’s certificate and valid ID.
SHIPPING; We will not ship any assets. Typically, assets are not boxed. Assets are not ready for a
shipping
label. We will not pack assets for shipment.
Winning
bidders are welcome to use third party shipping services to pick up their items. Although we cannot
recommend
any one of the many external shipping
companies,
1 Stop Pack and Ship, 330 N. Stonestreet Ave. Rockville, Maryland is very close to our location and
has been
used by many of our successful bidders from
past
auctions. We have received positive feedback about their service and rates. We do however suggest
you do your
own research into the many possibilities of

Prospective bidders must call ahead for an inspection appointment. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. On-site inspection by appointment. Appointments can be scheduled with Firefighter III - Dan Rothermel during normal business hours at 717-443-1463.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 am. and 3:00 pm, TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. Appointments can be scheduled with Firefighter III - Dan Rothermel during normal business hours at 717-443-1463.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. SHIPPING; We will not ship any assets.
