Industrial grade 3-Ton overhead bridge Crane System featuring an R&M electric wire rope hoist, R&M motorized trolley, and ESI bridge. Manufactured and installed in 2020 by Engineered Systems Inc., this system has seen minimal operational use and remains in like-new condition. Crane has ~ 10 hours on it. System size: Length: 30 feet 7 inches, Width/Depth - 10 feet, Height - 17 feet. This is a premium quality overhead lifting system suitable for manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance facilities, vocational training centers, warehouses, or industrial applications requiring reliable and precise material handling. ***Buyer is responsible for all dismantling, removal, loading, and transportation of the crane system. Removal must be performed by qualified personnel and the buyer is responsible for repairing any damage caused to the building or property during the removal process. No assistance or equipment will be provided by the College. Appointment required for pick up.

Suppression
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Blue Ridge Community College, NC makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
