2019 Fermentation & Juice Skid: To Include (2) 2018 Sprinkman 316L SS 50 gal. Jacketed Fermentation Tanks w/ Center Mounted Mixers, (1) 2018 Sprinkman 316L SS 38 gal. Fruit Tank, Control Panel, SPX APV Heat Exchanger, Pumps, Transmitters, SS Steps & Platform, Overhead Lift. System is equipped with Steam Sterilization. Dims 13ft x 11ft x 16ft. UID Tag # 5031743. This unit cost over 1M new. System used to produce dairy yogurt, almond yogurt and coconut water trials. Condition: Very Good. Refer to attachments for further information.
Note this unit will require disassembly and rigging. Seller has been quoted $30K for removal and loading. Buyer may use their own contractor but they must be certified and insured.

Suppression
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Equipment must be removed no later than 11/22 unless buyer and seller agree to an extension. The buyer should confirm with the seller prior to making any arrangements. The equipment will require disassembly/rigging.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the specified time listed above.
