Item Detail: RIDGID introduces the 18V Brushless 6 1-2in Track Saw Kit. RIDGID?s brushless motor technology delivers maximum performance and longer runtime. The Brushless 6-1/2 in. Track Saw cuts up to 370 linear ft. per charge with included AC840060 6.0 Ah MAX Output Battery for cordless convenience. With up to 5,000 RPM of corded cutting performance, this track saw is designed for making controlled and accurate cuts through 1/2? OSB with the included tracks. This saw can make -1? and 47? bevel cuts and has a 2-1/8 in. depth of cut at 90? on the track. The built-in retractable riving knife allows the track saw to make plunge cuts effortlessly. For ease of use, this saw includes an easy-to-read depth scale, anti-tip adjustment knobs, and a cut window. To ensure a clean work surface, it utilizes a swivel dust port for superior dust collection. The included track features a rubber cut strip. For extended cuts, combine with the AC55TS 55 in. All items won must be paid for within 48 hours of auction closing.
If payment for an item is not received within 48 hours of auction closing, it will be considered in default. The buyer account will be noted, and the item will be re-listed in a future Deals auction.
--Two (2) defaults on the same buyer account in 90 days will result in that buyer account being suspended from participation in future auctions.
Taxes and Exemptions
Sales tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
Tax Exemption
Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Suppression
Property may be picked up by appointment only. Pickup must be scheduled through the online scheduling app.
The winning bidder will receive an email with a link to the scheduler once the item is marked paid.
Pick up appointments must be made at least 1 hour prior to pickup time, and not later than 3 days (72 hours) after payment of the invoice.
Items not picked up within 3 days (72 hours) of payment of the invoice will be considered abandoned. Refunds will not be issued, and the item will be re-listed in a future auction.

All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' AllSurplus Deals makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
Returns
AllSurplus Deals will provide an opportunity and space for the customer to inspect all items won.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all items prior to leaving the premises. AllSurplus Deals will not issue refunds once an item has been removed from our lot.
Allowances will be made for returns and refunds in the following circumstances:
• Item is not as described (item is green, but description says its blue)
• Condition is incorrect (we said unit is new, but is Open Box)
• Item fails functional test while customer is on site
• Incorrect item provided to customer
If a customer does not accept an item for any of the allowances listed above, the customer will be refunded in full and AllSurplus Deals will retain possession of the item.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the method of payment used to pay the invoice for the item. Please allow up to 10 business days for order refunds to be fully processed and appear on the buyer’s end. Note: Credit Card/PayPal transaction refunds may be executed within a shorter timeframe.
