Leftover wood in good condition from a remodel of a storage area. All nails have been removed. The items include: 44 - 2x8 (7' - 7'6"), 25 - 2x4 (13'), 30 to 40 2x4 (4' to 7'), 16 -pressure treated 4x4 (6'), 4 - 2x10 (11' 6"), 3 - 2x10 (7'), stack of 2x4 blocks, 5/8 plywood all rips or cuts (various sizes), over 100 - 3/4 x 2 1/2 slats (various lengths).

Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. ITEM(S) ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. WATAUGA COUNTY MAKES NO GUARANTEE AS TO THE CONDITION OF ANY POSTED ITEM(S). All vehicles: The County is unsure of the condition of the frame or undercarriage. Rust may be present on exterior and/or under vehicle. Please schedule an appointment to inspect.

Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Suppression
All items must be removed within 10 business days from close of auction. Removal is by appointment only and between the hours of 8am and 3pm Monday thru Friday. We don't schedule removal on weekends or legal holidays. Please contact Watauga County Finance via e-mail at watauga.finance@watgov.org to schedule removal. Watauga County cannot provide assistance in packing or loading. Come prepared with the proper personnel and equipment to load these items into your vehicle as no assistance will be provided.
