The trailer is approximately 8' x 22'. It has normal surface rust consistent with its age. We are not aware of any rot. 06/30/2026 12:09:41 PM
Hello, is the frame rusty (asking due to the salt - 30yrs in service)? Are any of the tires/ wheels locked up or all rotating - rolling properly? DO you have pictures of the inside, is the roof leaking?? Thank you 06/28/2026 20:28:25 PM
The trailer has normal surface rust consistent with its age. The tires are holding air but exhibit dry rot and are beyond their recommended service life. The wheels rotate freely, and the trailer moved without issue when it was taken out of service. The roof does not leak. Suppression
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. For additional information regarding payment & removal, please contact Municipal Clerk Joanne Herron at (609) 628-2805, or email clerk@uppertownship.com. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
