Key equipment includes FRICK RWFII 399 single-stage oil-injected screw compressors with stepless capacity control (20%100%) via slide valve; WEG 3,300V 700kW IP55 motors; FRICK Quantum HD compressor controllers; plate-and-frame evaporators (SS316 plates) and plate-and-frame condenser (titanium plates); surge drum / accumulator vessel; oil separator and thermosyphon oil cooling system; and extensive instrumentation. The supervisory control system includes an Allen-Bradley PLC with PanelView Plus 6 HMI in an IP65 enclosure.
Sale basis / Removal: Sold as-is, where-is (voetstoots). Buyer is responsible for all dismantling, lifting, removal, transport and reinstatement, strictly subject to ArcelorMittal site access rules, permits, RAMS, and OHS compliance. Site inspections are by appointment only.

Removal:
Buyer to remove. Buyer to arrange cranes/rigging/transport and comply with site permits and RAMS.
The successful buyer will be responsible for the safe dismantling, removal, and recovery of the assets.
The buyer will be required to complete full contractor onboarding with ArcelorMittal Vanderbijlpark, including:
• Contractor approval and onboarding documentation
• Medical otness certiocation
• Safety ole approval
• Site induction
• Compliance with all ArcelorMittal safety and operational procedures
All work must be performed in accordance with ArcelorMittal site requirements. Lifting, Rigging and Transport
Requirements: Mandatory Service Provider, ArcelorMittal will not provide any lifting, rigging, or removal
assistance. No third-party cranes or lifting equipment are permitted on site. The successful buyer must engage
the nominated site lifting contractor: Delta Crane Hire, Site Contact: Jan Kruger, Mobile: 083 411 7947
Delta Crane Hire can provide quotations for:
• Lifting and rigging
• Removal and loading
• Transport coordination
All removal arrangements must be coordinated and approved in advance by:
• ArcelorMittal South Africa
• Liquidity Services
• Delta Crane Hire
No collections will be permitted without prior written approval
All to be sold as a single lot.

Payment in full is due no later than five (5) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / close of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Suppression
Assets may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, please refer to the load out document / release note for the site representative details. All items must be removed within seven (7) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / Close of auction, unless agreed otherwise.

Guaranty Waiver. All assets are offered for sale on a 'VOETSTOOTS' 'AS IS, WHERE IS' basis. The Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the asset offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the asset, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the assets offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the assets. If Seller confirms that the assets does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the assets and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the assets.
