Aasted Complete Chocolate Moulding Line for wafer bar and solid bar production. White and Milk Chocolate


Capability- Produces chocolate wafer or solid bars. Line side tanks handle white and milk chocolate. Line currently runs at up to 25 mpm, 1485kg/hr on a 33g wafer bar.
Moulding Line- Aasted moulding line (1986).
1x Shell Depositor (Aasted).
1x Backs Depositor (Aasted).
1x Aasted Crowder + 2x Licking Rollers.
Alax Automation Fanuc Robot handling station for the polypan wafer feed.
Schubert wafer pick and place to Mould.
Line side- White and Milk chocolate storage Tanks (2x Armand Deprest)
4T Temperer (Sollich Solltemper Turbo) and detemper tubes.
Jacketed sieve
2T Aasted Shell Temperer and detemper tubes.
Aasted AFDEK Temperer
sieve, storage and detemper tubes.
Wrapping End- 1x Thermo metal check.
2x reject stations
Wrapper infeed system with 5 buffer stations.
2x single Cavanna wrapping legs.
Schubert carton erector
2x Top Loader
Lidder and carton Sealer.
1x single Cavanna wrapping leg
Langenpac carton erector, Lagenpac
2x FlexPicker, Mohrbac Bulk box maker and loader.
1x Cavanna Zero 5 Multipack.
Cama carton erector, side loader and carton sealer.
Palletiser station 2x pallet infeed
1x Fanuc robot, 2x carton pallet stacking stations.

For EU located assets, non-EU buyers need to engage a customs broker / freight forwarder if exporting assets outside of the EU.
