There is damage to the roof of the gazebo that is shown in the pictures. Some of the bolts may be rusted. This item is being sold as is, not responsible if parts are not working properly.
If you are interested it is recommended that you come out and see the Gazebo, to see how large it is and what tools you will need to take it apart. It is the buyers responsibility to take it down and haul it away.
This item is available for in person viewing Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 2pm. It is located at our Motorpool Yard, 25501 Clara Ln, Southfield, MI 48034.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Suppression
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
