Shipping & Local Pickup Options

Computer Recycling of Va allows removal of won items via shipping or local pickup.

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available by appointment only. You will not be permitted to pick up your items without a scheduled appointment. Bring a copy of your Bill of Sale and a legal I.D. Please indicate your intent to pick up your items as soon as possible after auction close. A pickup time will be scheduled via phone or e-mail after auction close. Bill of Sale can be signed in person if picking up. Pickup hours for auctions are Monday-Friday 8am-1pm.

SHIPPING: All shipping is buyer-arranged. We can pack goods for shipping ground or freight. If shipping, buyer must return a signed Bill of Sale BEFORE shipment. Buyer may send a prepaid shipping label with the package weight(s) and dimensions (W&D provided by seller after payment). Prepaid shipping labels MUST be provided via e-mail as a scanned copy or PDF. We will put the label on your package(s) and hand off to the shipping carrier on scheduled pickup.

Freight shipping: We have a loading dock for freight pickup and all necessary equipment to pack pallets for secure shipment. Dock hours are 8am-3pm.

All auctions must have a prepaid shipping label provided or scheduled freight pickup within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure. If any item(s) is not shipped within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up/removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Computer Recycling of Virginia makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
