Vehicle seized by court order. The battery and ignition has been replaced. The motorcycle does start and engine runs. Buyer is responsible for removal. Vehicle is sold as is. Title will be issued to winning bidder through court order.

The bike's ignition and battery have been replaced. The bike does start and engine runs. It has not been inspected by a licensed mechanic and is being sold as is. There were no ignition keys when the motorcycle was taken into our custody, so the ignition was replaced to verify the motorcycle would run. At this point, there are two ignition keys. There is visible cosmetic damage to some of the fascia. The motorcycle does run but has not been inspected by a mechanic and is being sold as-is. 05/05/2026 10:23:52 AM

Suppression
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
