Suppression

Buyer to pay a buyer's premium of 10%, plus a closing fee of $500 which includes deed preparation, recording fees, transfer taxes. Please do your due diligence BEFORE you bid. Title, Grant Deed preparation and recording to be handled by the seller who will be emailing buyer within 24 hours of auction's close. Buyer has 5 business days from the auction's close to fully fund Seller for balance due or else may be declared in default. Acceptable payment methods: Wire transfer.
