CLEAR TITLE. MILES UNKNOWN. Impounded vehicle. Condition unknown. We know nothing about it. It was owned by a citizen who did not pay their parking tickets.

ATTENTION: rules for this sale are different than other GovDeals sellers. See "Payment" and "Removal" sections below.
Payment deadline is Tuesday March 24 at noon Eastern. We strongly encourage you to pay early and not wait until the last minute.
Pick up is Thursday March 26 and Friday March 27 (8am-3pm each day) If you cannot follow these rules, we ask that you not bid on this vehicle.

A note on title: we put 50,000 miles on back of title when we sign it over to you. Your local motor vehicle department will determine actual mileage when you title vehicle. They may also brand your title "not actual mileage." Check with your local motor vehicle department before bidding. We provide no additional documents beyond a title and bill of sale. No odometer declarations, etc. If this presents a problem for you, we ask that you not bid on this vehicle.

This vehicle is sold with CLEAR TITLE. We have title in our office so there is no wait for title.
You should be able to register this vehicle with your home state motor vehicle department with the title and bill of sale we provide.

PUBLIC WORKS IMPOUND - Towed due to parking or registration violations. Condition unknown

Must TOW AWAY. Use a tow dolly, tow truck, flatbed, or trailer. You may not drive away. You may not drag off with a chain/rope. Seller provides NO loading assistance. Employees of the District of Columbia Government may not bid on this auction.


If no photos under hood, vehicle is EITHER locked OR hood release would not work. If locked, seller will unlock vehicle prior to pick up day. If manual odometer, we show it in the photos. Otherwise, miles unknown. Please ask any questions through the Ask seller a question feature and we will do our best to answer.


Additional Rules:

1. NO PETS or CHILDREN allowed on the lot. Only the tow/transport vehicle will be allowed on lot.
2. NO locksmiths allowed onto the lot.
3. NO repairs of any kind may be made on the lot EXCEPT for repairs to wheels/tires for towing purposes
4. Seller reserves the right to cancel any vehicle sale at any time prior to buyer removal of vehicle from seller facility.
5. Personal belongings inside vehicle are not included in this sale, but may be present when buyer comes to pick up.
