Water Tank Capacity is 750 Gallons; tank does have a leak. Also has a 30 Gallon Foam Tank, everything works. Last pump test was 3-14-2022 before it was removed from service it did pass the testing. 11/06/2025 06:56:08 AM

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyers Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 WILL be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed unless previous arrangements have been made as stated on the Buyers Certificate.
