1986 Champion Road Grader, Model 710A for sale.
Grader is located at Tar Hollow State Forest HQ in Londonderry, OH.
Will start but does not run properly.
Was involved in an accident causing damage to several components.
Cab damaged, windows busted, does not drive but still able to operate blade, rippers, and articulate.
Interested bidders should schedule an inspection to view equipment condition in person, prior to bidding.
Inspection and pick up times can be scheduled for Mon-Fri 7am-3pm ET.
Unit is sold As-Is, Where-Is, with no exceptions.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Suppression
Property must be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Business hours for removal appointments are Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm, excluding holidays. There are no after-hours or weekend pickups allowed.
Buyers have five (5) business days to pay once the auction closes. Once payment is made, buyers have five (5) business days to remove property. Any property not removed within the five (5) day time frame is considered abandoned and will be disposed of as The State of Ohio chooses. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Buyer will also be prohibited from bidding and buying from The State of Ohio.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to das.gsd.surplus@das.ohio.gov prior to any removal arrangements being made.
