Hossfeld tube bender. Sold AS IS WHERE IS with no guarantees or warranties. Very little is known about this tube bender only that has been in our storage room for many-many years. Model number and voltage information is no longer legible. Shipping arrangements including loading is the sole responsibility of the buyer. These items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no Warranty or Exchanges.

Bidders may inspect property prior to placing a bid and must adhere to the days and times (Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm CST) at 500 N. 51st Fort Smith, AR 72903.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Suppression

All property must be removed from its selling location within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyers Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Limited assistance may be provided when time permits. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed on the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty: The Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misrepresentation must be made prior to removal of the property. If the Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, the Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
