Description

Lot of approximately 300 wood pallets.

Standard Size - 48x40 inches.

These pallets are located indoors at a U.S. Postal Service plant. The condition of the items is Very Good / Used.

Sold "As is, where is." These are in good usable condition; a few may need minor repairs.

Only items described herein is included in sale regardless of what else is pictured; any plastic pallets are NOT included in lot. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of items. Winning bidders will provide their own transportation, manpower, tie down straps necessary to safely secure the load; and must adhere to all applicable laws, safety regulations, transportation guidelines and all local, state and federal transport requirements. The facility may assist in loading the pallets with a forklift onto a suitable trailer, upon request. Buyer is responsible for securing the load with their own straps, and observing all applicable laws, rules, and regulations for safely transporting the pallets.
Buyer will be required to sign a Hold Harmless agreement at the time of pickup.

NOTE: Buyers may have a third-party / agent pick the items up for them, and/or to arrange for shipment to the Buyer.
This must be requested in advance of the pickup date, we will email a Release Authorization form, which the buyer must sign and return prior to the pickup.

Item pick up is by appointment only; Contact Dan Moore to schedule Item Pickup Appointment. Must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, unless other arrangements are made. Successful bidders are responsible for Safe loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located.

Under no circumstance will the USPS provide shipping. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT to pick up any/all items.
Pick-Up must take place only during these hours: M-F (8:30 AM to 1:30 PM). By appointment only, please allow 24 hours in advance unless other arrangements are made with site.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 7 (Seven) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
