The Furniture is sold as is and no warranty. There is a 3 Piece Heavy Duty Sectional that is very heavy. The keyboard drawer is on the desk is broken and will need repair. There are 2 Heavy Duty bookshelves that are heavy as well. There is also an office chair that has been added. You will need multiple people to move this furniture. The measurements of the furniture are in the photos. This furniture is still in the office space and is climate controlled.

Suppression
If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
