This auction is for one Shed once used by the U.S Postal Service for storage of miscellaneous items. This Shed is being Sold AS IS Where IS.

This shed is located at the Harris Park Post Office
The Buyer is responsible for the following:
- Determine local permits for moving
- Assure there are no safety issues with moving the unit.
- Temporarily remove fences and other items to allow the unit to be removed from the site and reinstall after unit is removed if necessary.
- Disassembly of shed if necessary and clean up area that you were working in and around.
- Leave the site clean and in good order
- Provide any additional axles, tires, wheels, tow bars, etc., required to safely transport the unit
- Buyer is Soley responsible for the removal of the shed which includes Labor, Disassembly, Transportation, Securement, and Removal. At no time will US Postal Employees assist with the operation.
The item is being sold in the condition “as is” and the location is “where is”. Only the item(s) specifically mentioned in this description are included in the sale, regardless of any additional items shown in the pictures. The U.S. Postal Service and its employees will not be held accountable for packing, loading, or shipping. The winning bidder is solely responsible for the removal of the items. Demolition on postal premises is prohibited.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
