Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

All items must be removed between 10/1/25 and 10/8/25 Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm NO EXCEPTIONS. When we are informed of your payment, you will receive an email from us that you can reply to in order to schedule pickup.

********A daily storage fee of $15 per day will be charged if the buyer does not remove items within the above time frame. Credit Card Payments ONLY for the storage fee. If not picked up by 10/17/25, property ownership reverts back to the Township and any payments made will be kept by the Township of Lakewood. NO EXCEPTIONS TO ANY OF THE ABOVE. No refunds.**You must bring a copy of your buyer's certificate as well as photo ID to prove you are the winning bidder. If any of these items are not presented at time of pickup, you will not be allowed to remove the property from Township grounds.****If the buyer is not the person picking the items up, a signed letter along with a copy of the buyer's photo ID must be presented to allow the third party to remove the items.
