This is a stout flatbed trailer measuring 20 feet overall length with a 15.5 foot bed length that is 80 inches wide. It has not been used for some time, we believe the lights work but did not test. Tires are holding air but have aged out and need to be replaced, the wooden deck has rot in several places and should be replaced. We believe that it has 3500# axles. Also equipped with loading ramps. This will be a great unit with a little care.

Important Pickup Information:
- NO SHIPPING OFFERED – This is a remote location with no shipping facilities nearby.
- Seller will not pack, load, haul, ship, deliver, label, or box any items.
- Buyer is fully responsible for removal of all items, including packing, loading, hauling, pickup, and/or shipping.
- Pick up is available Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Pick-up is available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (business hours). All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
