The flooring is used and being sold as-is, where-is. Buyer is encouraged to inspect the flooring and is responsible for determining its condition, exact quantity, suitability, and requirements for installation at a new location.

- Do you have any insight as to why the court was pulled up? I’ve generally heard good things about their product so curious why you all decided not to use it anymore? - Do you know when the court was first installed? - Do you have any sense of the condition of the court? (Excellent, good, fair, poor)? - What is the current status of the flooring? Is it literally piled in the corner of a room like the photo? Or is it boxed up? On pallets? The Sport Court flooring was removed from the Morrilton Community Center gym after evaluating its performance for the activities most frequently conducted in the facility. While the flooring provided a durable multipurpose surface, the ball rebound and overall playing characteristics did not perform as well as anticipated for basketball and pickleball. Players and program participants consistently preferred the playing characteristics of the original gym floor located beneath the Sport Court system, particularly its ball response and rebound. After the Sport Court flooring was removed, the original floor was found to be in usable condition. Based on participant feedback, program needs, and the City's goal of providing the best possible playing surface for basketball, pickleball, and other recreational activities, the decision was made to remove the Sport Court flooring and return the gym to the original surface. 09/01/2026 11:23:12 AM

Suppression
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
