No mechanical work may be performed on vehicles while on NYC property. You must remove the vehicle from the lot. If the vehicle is inoperable, it must be towed. No exceptions.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up/removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

✱ Removal is by appointment only. ✱ All items must be picked up / removed within 5 (five) business days from auction payment, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, a daily storage fee of $50 (fifty) will be imposed. Unless provided an extension in writing, which is at DCAS's discretion, after 10 days without pickup of the unit(s), a buyer will forfeit their bid price and right to pick up a unit(s), and DCAS will resell that unit.

At the time of pick-up/removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and Bill of Sale, along with a receipt for any storage fees if incurred and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).
