• Shipping & Pickup: We do not offer shipping services and will not prepare items for third-party shipping companies. This includes, but is not limited to, palletizing or shrink-wrapping. All items must be picked up in person at SEMO Facilities Management, 610 Washington Ave, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required prior to pick up.
• Item Condition & Description: Please refer to the provided photos for details on cosmetic condition, part numbers, serial numbers, and included accessories. If an item or component is not shown in the photos, it should be assumed it is not included in the auction.
• Testing Limitations: Electronic equipment has not been fully tested due to lack of appropriate tools or operational knowledge. Items are sold as-is.
• Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate vehicles or trailers to transport purchased items. Staff are not available to assist with disassembly or loading. Items must be removed in their current form.
• Lot Integrity: Auction lots are sold as whole units and will not be divided or sold in parts.
