***All items are located at both our main Florida Polytechnic University campus as well as the Polk State College/Lakeland campus***
***All items are being sold as one (1) lot. Buyer must remove all items upon pickup. Under no circumstances will the University be responsible for providing any loading equipment, assistance with labor to load all item(s) as well as the condition of items. Due to both the large number of said items sorted onto both pallets and boxes, the pickup would likely require: several people, along with the appropriate moving transportation and equipment for removal of all said items***

Dear Sir, I am interested in placing a bid in the upcoming auction. However, as I am based in Pakistan, I would appreciate your guidance regarding the complete procedure for international buyers. Specifically, I would like to understand: • How material pickup is arranged from both campuses • Whether inspection can be conducted before shipment • The procedure for transferring the material to a freight forwarder • The documentation required for export • The process for arranging sea shipment from Florida to Pakistan Since I am an international buyer, managing pickup, inspection, and shipping to my forwarder is a challenge. I would be grateful if you could guide me step by step on how this process works and whether you assist international bidders in coordinating logistics. I am particularly interested in shipping the material by air from Florida to Pakistan. Looking forward to your guidance so I may proceed with placing my bid confidently. Thank you. SALES TAX

Suppression
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
