This Lot is being sold As-Is/Where-Is. It is highly recommended that you preview prior to bidding. To schedule an inspection, please contact Kerry LeBlanc at (985) 631-1891 / Kerry.LeBlanc@nov.com. Please know that the asset contact requires a 48 hour notice prior to inspection. At a minimum, the bidder will be required to wear long pants, safety toe boots, hard hat and safety glasses. Please verify with the Asset Contact if additional safety requirements exist. Please note that you will be turned away if you do not fulfill the onsite safety requirements.

The winning bidder will receive a buyer certificate - payment instructions are provided within the buyer certificate. Further information regarding payment can be found in section 5 of the buyer's terms and conditions.
Full Payment is due no later than three (3) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Buyer's not making payment within three (3) business days may be defaulted for non-payment and their account will be suspended
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable, it is the responsibility of the bidder to provide Tax Exempt documents. Buyer must send Tax Exempt documents to support@networkintl.com within 48 hours of the auction close and before payment is made.

HOURS OF OPERATION: 7am - 2pm, Mon-Thu. Please sign in at the front office prior to entering the yard. PLEASE contact Kerry J. LeBlanc 48 HOURS in advance for preview and loadout arrangements at (985) 631-1891 or Kerry.LeBlanc@nov.com.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: Steel toe boots, hard hat, safety vest and safety glasses.
LOADOUT: Buyer is responsible for all load out charges and arrangements.
LOADOUT CHARGES: $0.94/cwt with a $300.00 minimum. Loadout Charges are subject to change. Buyer is responsible for confirming loadout fees and arrangements prior to bidding.
Trucks must supply load out equipment
Buyer must have an account with Tuboscope to be billed for load out. Other acceptable forms of payment are cashier's check, money order, and wire transfer.
BUYER/Trucker MUST have Network's Release to pick up the material. No more than 4 trucks per day. NO cutting of pipe or loading of containers will be done by this facility, no exceptions.
NOTE: If buyer is a new customer of Tuboscope NOV, Buyer will need to complete a pre-approval application. The pre-approval application could take 5 days to process. Buyer will not be able to loadout until application has been approved.
