2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 REGULAR CAB PICKUP 2-DR, 4.8L V8 OHV 16V. This vehicle is for parts only. The engine and transmission is in an unknown condition and will NEED TO BE TOWED.. Vehicle is equipped with Automatic Transmission, 4 Wheel Drive, A/C condition is unknown, Tilt Steering, Power Steering. Vehicle was maintained every 5,000 miles and was removed from service on February 2, 2022. EXTERIOR: White. It has dents, scratches, and dings. There is major damage to the front end of truck, driver fender and hood. The driver side mirror is missing. Tire condition and tread is in fair condition. Decals has been removed. INTERIOR: Gray vinyl. Normal wear on the seats. The molding is loose and the air bag deployed.

Please allow 2 days after vehicle payment has cleared for titles to be signed to schedule a pickup. All vehicle titles will be released at time of pick-up unless otherwise requested.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Suppression
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Also, all Vehicle Titles will be released at the time of Pick Up.
