UCF Surplus Property is offered for sale "As-Is / Where-Is". Materials sold by the UCF Surplus Unit are sold without warranty, whether expressed or implied, and without guarantee of merchantability for any particular use or purpose.

Data Security: All hard drives and storage devices will be wiped or factory reset prior to sale. In some instances this means that manufacturer's software and operating systems will not be included and will have to be obtained in order to make an item work.

Items included: Please note that occasionally our photographs will show moving equipment or other implements along with the item. Unless explicitly expressed in the wording of the auction these are not included as part of the sale.

We reserve the right to refuse loading onto any vehicle that is not equipped to carry this material in a safe manner.

UCF property transfers of surplus property or otherwise, may involve equipment, software or technical information subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations whose export is restricted by statute. Violations may result in administrative, civil or criminal penalties. Buyers assume all responsibility to comply with such laws including obtaining prior U.S. government approval or authorization to transfer or retransfer the property to another country. UCF assumes no liability for such transfers.
