Suppression
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Aptiv Global Operations Limited makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
Sales of assets by Aptiv entities through Liquidity Services to third parties will be on an EXW basis as per INCOTERMs 2010. As such, the purchaser will be responsible for all trade compliance obligations (including acting as, or arranging for, exporter of record in country of export, importer of record in country of import, obtaining any applicable import/export licenses and meeting all import and export obligations). The purchaser will also be liable for any export or import taxes and recovery of such taxes. Any exceptions to this must be agreed on a case by case basis with Aptiv.
