That is not an acceptable answer. You have at least seven requests for more information, information that buyers need to determine wether or not to bid. I'm in Oklahoma. How do you expect me to come and look with 15hours remaining. You should provide at a minimum, the model numbers for the radios you are trying to sell. I can't believe that your department or agency doesn't require a .CSV file/spreadsheet that details exactly what you are trying to sell, I know you would have received one when these were purchased. Without the model numbers this auction should not be on this site. Good morning, thank you for your response. With there being so many radios in this lot, we can't list all of the styles and/or model numbers for this auction. We welcome our customers to come and inspect any item that is online prior to the auction closing. There is a large assortment of radios in this lot which does not allow us to list each model number, etc. There are Motorola XTL1500's, Motorola 2500's along with other models. TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Liquidity Services Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Liquidity Services Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.
Suppression
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
BUYERS PICKING UP IN PERSON:
1. Print and Sign the Bill of Sale from GovDeals.
2. Bring the Bill of Sale and Buyer Certificate to eBid for pick up.
BUYERS SENDING THIRD PARTY TO PICK UP:
1. Print and Sign the Bill of Sale from GovDeals.
2. Print and Sign the METRO PROPERTY RELEASE FORM
3. BUYER MUST EMAIL BILL OF SALE, PROPERTY RELEASE FORM AND PHOTOCOPY OF IDENTIFICATION TO Ebid@nashville.gov AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
