Removal date will depend on when the city's buildings department can disconnect the gas/electrical lines. Seller will disconnect any hard-wired water, electrical, and natural gas lines but buyer is responsible for all other aspects of de-installation, removal, and loading onto a trailer. Located directly inside large garage door which opens up to parking lot. See photos. Bay door is 40inch above ground. You can pull a large truck/trailer up to that door without a problem. Buyer must submit removal plan prior to seller confirming pickup appointment.
