Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.


The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

All items to include vehicles are offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS." The Perry County Sheriff’s Office (Seller) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the mechanical condition or fitness for any vehicle or property being sold.

Please note - that the items being sold may not be located at the address listed on the buyer's certificate. Unless otherwise instructed, the buyer will meet a representative of the Perry County Sheriff's Office at the listed address of 110 West Brown Street / New Lexington, Ohio and they will then be escorted to the location of where the property is being stored.

As previously stated - all items will only be released by appointment only between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm - Monday through Friday excluding holidays and unless other arrangements are made.
