Location of items: Penthouse floor of building. This is the mechanical room above the 8th floor. Elevator only goes to the 8th floor so to remove this, you will have to take it through mechanical room, down 1 set of stairs, then down hall to elevator. Then to ground floor and down hall to loading dock. There is an exit to ground level as well. See photos

The city's buildings department will disconnect the electrical lines. Buyer is responsible for all other aspects of de-installation, removal, and loading onto a trailer. See photos.

We edited the auction text and added some "lay of the land" photos. It's not on the roof. It's in the mechanical room above the 8th floor. The main gate to facility is locked. Buyers should enter the 13th street gate between the hospital and Arbor View apartments. Enter the gate on the Right and follow the OCP signs with Green arrow to the loading dock.
Please plan ahead and come fully prepared
IF YOU HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE PICK UP FOR YOU, THEY MUST BRING:
1: copy of buyer's photo ID
2: copy of buyer certificate (buyer receives this by email when they win the auction)
3: signed or emailed note from buyer giving representative permission to pick up.
