The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

Pick-up days will be included in the description. Outside of Pick-up days Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Buyer must show the Buyer’s Certificate before picking up the item; this serves as proof of purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal. If using a Third-Party Agent (i.e. moving company), the buyer must provide the agent with a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
