1 Pallet(4) Micro-fridges, please see pictures. Untested, working condition unknown. Pallets NOT included, they will NOT be palletized. **The University will not prep, pack, or ship items, nor will the University make shipping arrangements for buyers.
**NO EXCEPTIONS** Do NOT ask if we will mail if prepaid label is sent, we will NOT. Arrangements can be made through a third party shipper, however, you must fill out a release form prior to us releasing items to a third party. If this form is not filled out, we will NOT release your items.
**All pickups require an appointment, please email auction@utk.edu with name, desired pickup day and time.

Electronics can NOT be plugged in or taken apart at time of inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, no appointment necessary.

ACH Direct Debit and Pay by Bank in USD have average processing time 3-5 business days.
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.
3. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or direct debit. For additional insight, please visit the Probation FAQ.
PLEASE NOTE PAYMENTS ON A CREDIT CARD OR BANK STATEMENT may show as “FLYWIRE*GOVDEALSALLSUR” or may show as LIQUIDITY SERVICES.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGE TO YOUR GOVDEALS PURCHASE BEFORE FILING A DISPUTE. Buyer accounts are automatically locked at time of dispute.
SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Suppression
PLEASE NOTE FOR REMOVALS: Appointments are required. You must e-mail auctions@utk.edu with a day and time to schedule an appointment for pickup. Appointments are required, you will not be able to pick up property without an appointment.

After setting up pickup, to release your items to a third party, we need the following items(once I receive these I will contact the shipper):
1. A release form that you need to completely fill out, sign and return.
2. A copy of your picture ID.
Appointments for pickup are Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.

Items must be picked up in 5 business days from time auction ends, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Instructions spéciales
All auctions are sold "where-is-as-is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, some items may be missing parts or pieces. Payment & pick-up is due no later than 5 days after auction closes. Winning bidder is responsible for all cost associated with removal. The University will not pack or ship any item and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. We also reserve the right to remove any item from auction at any time, for university purposes. PALLETS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH ANY LOT.
