Appointment is required for removal. • Removal from COA property is required no later than 10 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. • COA Fleet Auction must receive payment notification from GOVDEALS before items will be removed. • Registered bidder/buyer must authorize 3rd Party pick-up in advance of removal via downloading, completing, and returning the Authorization of Removal document to the e-mail address on your buyer’s certificate. 1. Scheduled Appointments Required — All pickups must be scheduled in advance. No unscheduled arrivals will be accommodated.
2. Facility Hours — Pickups must occur prior to 2:00 PM. Arrivals after closing will not be processed.
3. Material Handling Compliance — Buyers are prohibited from removing materials from hoppers. Any debris or mess generated during pickup is the sole responsibility of the buyer or individual picking up the unit and must be corrected and removed from the premises before departure. Failure to comply constitutes a TCEQ facility violation and may result in loss of pickup privileges.
